These terms cover your use of this site and the files you buy from Little Genius Lab.
What you are buying: a licence to download and print the files for your own family, or for the children in one classroom if you teach. You may print as many copies as those children need, for as long as you like.
What the licence does not allow: reselling the files, giving them away, uploading them anywhere public, printing them for sale, or using the illustrations in anything else. The activities, illustrations and characters are our original work and remain ours.
What the book is: a book of activities to do together. It is not an assessment, a curriculum or a diagnostic tool. It does not measure ability and it does not predict how a child will do at school. The name is the name of an invented place in the story.
Supervision: a grown-up should be nearby. Two pages in the book use scissors and say so; use child-safe scissors and help with the cutting.
Availability: we do our best to keep the site and downloads working. If a link fails, tell us and we will send you the files another way.
Governing law: the laws of India, with the courts at [your city] having jurisdiction.
