If the book is not what you hoped for, email us within 7 days of buying and we will refund the whole amount. You do not have to give a reason.
How to ask: email hkumar4610@gmail.com from the address you bought with, or send us the phone number you paid with. That is all we need to find the order.
How long it takes: we approve refunds within one working day. Razorpay then returns the money to the same card, UPI ID or account you paid from, which usually takes five to seven working days depending on your bank.
You keep the files. Asking you to delete something you already downloaded would be theatre, and we would rather trust you.
Cancellations: the files are delivered immediately, so there is nothing to cancel before delivery. The refund window above is your protection instead.
